Responsibilities include being both a technical and functional product owner for platform components that support PowerPlan’s suite of products. You will collaborate with Development and Product teams and play a critical role in performing customer discovery to gather requirements and present recommendations for solutions that are vital for the future of PowerPlan.
We are looking for a roll-up-the-sleeves person with a technical and development driven background who can operate tactically to drive requirements, while also thinking strategically to successfully position our software as an industry leader. This person must be highly collaborative, be able to earn the trust of customers, their peers and internal stakeholders and be able to successfully manage ambiguity and frequently changing priorities.
Our group is leading the way to make this vision possible by making our products more robust, but also simpler, faster, and more intuitive, while also identifying opportunities to develop new valuable innovations for our customers. This is a strategic company initiative and this role will have visibility and interaction with the most senior leaders at PowerPlan.
Key Performance Objectives
Preference will be given for the following:
Experience conducting customer research and business analysis to strengthen requirements and story writing
Experience working in collaboration tools, including JIRA, Confluence, and Azure Dev Ops
