PowerPlan is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own the operational backbone of our marketing engine. As an individual contributor, you'll ensure marketing programs run reliably, data flows cleanly from first touch through revenue, and leadership can clearly see what's working and why.
You'll work hands-on in Salesforce, Pardot / Account Engagement, GA4, and WordPress, owning the email, MQL, automation, and nurture-program levers that drive pipeline. This role is one of three interconnected hires forming the backbone of our lead-to-revenue process — you own the marketing side, defining what gets measured, how leads flow, and what triggers a stage change, while Revenue Operations and our Salesforce Business Systems team build and support the rest.
PowerPlan helps the companies that power the world unlock greater value from their infrastructure investments. We combine deep industry expertise, trusted technology, and AI-driven innovation to help capital-intensive organizations manage the financial complexity of their assets with confidence.
We're in the middle of one of the most significant transformations in our history. Decades of proven functionality are being reimagined on a modern SaaS foundation, while AI becomes central to how we build, deliver, and evolve our products. The next generation of the PowerPlan platform is being designed right now. Join us, and you'll have the opportunity to influence the technology, engineering practices, and capabilities that will shape it for years to come.
Within six months, your campaigns run on standardized templates, your lead handoffs happen with fewer than 2% needing manual correction, and leadership trusts the dashboards you've built enough to make GTM decisions from them. You'll be the person who turns marketing data into a system others rely on, not just a report they read.
PowerPlan is an EOE
Please note that this is a hybrid role that involves a combination of onsite work from our corporate office as well as work from home. While we strive to accommodate flexible working arrangements when sensible, there will be times when onsite work is required. This could include scheduled office days, team meetings, client meetings, or special events.
