What You’ll Bring to The Team: At PowerPlan, we’re passionate about making it easy for our customers to use our software and provide them with data and tools to make day-to-day decisions. As a Product Manager, you fill a critical position responsible for developing our world-class solution for Project and Fixed Asset Accounting that enables our users to make the right financial decisions. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead the development, strategy, and delivery of our complex accounting software. The ideal candidate should possess a diverse set of skills, ranging from problem-solving and technical ability to a deep understanding of Project & Asset Accounting principles and effective cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with Customers, Sales, Services, Marketing, and Engineering teams to construct product roadmaps and define detailed product specifications. You must have a deep understanding of the PowerPlan Product Suite, or Project and Asset Accounting for Utilities. You must be a creative problem solver with keen attention to detail, craft detailed designs and effectively communicate with the Engineering, PO and UX peers, and other internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will lead collaborations efficiently and effectively with the current Product Management teams and other cross-functional stakeholders. They lead by influencing and evangelizing the product roadmap for new and/or enhanced functionality that solves the market, strategic, and competitive needs.

PowerPlan helps optimize the financial performance of our customers’ assets by developing strategic solutions for complex problems. To support our growth aspirations, we are looking for a Sales Analyst to join our Commercial Operations function.  This role will play a key role in optimizing our commercial processes and strategies to drive revenue growth by providing timely and accurate reporting and analysis and sales forecasting, and by working with the Sales and Customer Success teams on day-to-day activities and initiatives.     We are looking for someone who brings a data analyst mindset to enable confident decision making to continue PowerPlan’s growth trajectory. This person must be analytical, good with technology, and a continuous learner. This person must also be able to quickly build credibility by providing high quality, accurate work to Commercial and Finance leadership. This position will report to the Director, Commercial Operations with high visibility and interaction with the senior commercial leaders and the CFO.

 The Customer Operations team at PowerPlan provides industry best customer experience for ongoing maintenance of the PowerPlan application.  We are looking for a Technical Solution Support Analyst of our Product Support team who will contribute to the on-going success of PowerPlan’s customer experience.  The Product Support team provides technical and functional expertise to ensure PowerPlan’s customers reach their business goals with the PowerPlan software.  You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by triaging and prioritizing issues and in some cases reviewing application code to identify appropriate resolution.  You will be responsible for providing continual communication to the client during the span of issue resolution and escalating to senior resources to ensure a positive customer experience is delivered.  As a Technical Solution Support Analyst, you will enhance your critical thinking, technical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

The role demands in-depth knowledge of Salesforce administration, strong business analytics skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, timely, and cost-effective projects.

An Architect in the Professional Services, Accounting organization is responsible for implementing PowerPlan’s solutions to meet specific customer requirements.  This position is expected to take on implementation projects of increasing challenge and complexity. Typically, the Architect will run the majority of design sessions, and in the case of the largest and most complex projects will defer to the guidance of a Solution Advisor. The Architect will be involved through a full project and is typically heaviest during design. They may hold the Solution Architect or Functional Lead project roles.

The position requires above average attention to details, concern for the exact correctness of work, and strong commitment to tasks completed on time.   The person in this position will adhere to timelines, administrative tasks are second nature, and will help spread their technical knowledge across the team to help develop new offerings. This person should be adept at adopting new technologies and facilitating their adoption across teams.
