The Implementation Strategy team at PowerPlan focuses on collaborating with Sales and Services to engage our customers during business development, planning and scoping processes. We are looking for an experienced resource with knowledge of PowerPlan implementations and products that will be accountable in ensuring our customers or prospective customers understand the best approach for implementation, our proposed project approaches align with ours and their expectations and is commercially viable.   You will be responsible for leading the process for the creation of services deliverables, these include deliverables such as implementation strategy sessions, ROMs, estimates, customer assessments, proposals and value proposition, and SOWs.  This will include prioritizing multiple concurrent deliverables, collaborating across the Professional Services, Managed Services, Services Offer Management and Sales during the various engagement points of the prospective project lifecycle.  Other activities may include attending events and conferences in a business development and customer relationship management, working with services, product and marketing as part of go to market planning and execution.

PowerPlan is seeking consultative, enterprise Software Sales Executives to sell our Integrated Platform of accounting, tax, planning and regulatory suites.  These solutions enable asset-intensive companies to improve earnings, generate more cash, mitigate compliance risk and support a culture of cost management. PowerPlan drives significant benefit to the Office of the CFO by: - Providing a realistic, credible, and detailed model of their fixed capital assets - Integrating information across key departments, including asset accounting, income tax, property tax, budgeting and project management, field operations, and regulatory, - Centralizing, summarizing, and maintaining information across the entire history of each capital asset, and - Offering industry best practice workflows to enhance decision making. Successful PowerPlan sales executives are smart, confident, consultative, and have a problem solving background and mindset. They have been successful in other functional areas, such as consulting, product management, and pre sales consulting. This highly consultative role also requires: - Engineering or highly analytical Bachelor’s degree - Expertise in solution selling and value based selling methodologies - Experience and comfort selling into C level executives - Experience with selling to Energy companies (Utilities or Oil and Gas) is a plus but not required. Additionally, potential candidates should have strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate customer problems and challenges, and then link them to the PowerPlan value Proposition.
