We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst in our Corporate FP&A group with a focus on the professional services practice of the business. This role will serve as a business partner working with internal stakeholders to understand their business objectives, priorities, challenges and processes and own the financial forecast.
We are looking for a roll-up-the-sleeves person who can operate both to tactically drive the forecasting process, while also thinking strategically to successfully position PowerPlan for future growth. This person must be highly collaborative, possess an inquisitive spirit, and be able to successfully manage ambiguity and frequently changing priorities. This person must also be able to quickly build credibility and perform ongoing analysis to provide visibility into operational and financial performance trends. This position will report to the VP, Finance and have visibility and interaction with the most senior leaders at PowerPlan, including the CFO.
The Customer Operations team at PowerPlan provides industry best customer experience for ongoing maintenance of the PowerPlan application. We are looking for a Technical Solution Support Analyst of our Product Support team who will contribute to the on-going success of PowerPlan’s customer experience. The Product Support team provides technical and functional expertise to ensure PowerPlan’s customers reach their business goals with the PowerPlan software. You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by triaging and prioritizing issues and in some cases reviewing application code to identify appropriate resolution. You will be responsible for providing continual communication to the client during the span of issue resolution and escalating to senior resources to ensure a positive customer experience is delivered. As a Technical Solution Support Analyst, you will enhance your critical thinking, technical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

The PowerPlan Solution Consulting team is looking for a subject matter expert in the areas of income tax, property tax, tax depreciation, deferred taxes, tangible property regulations, and tax provision. The ideal candidate will have experience working in or with Tax Departments in asset intensive industries. Well versed in the unique complexities these departments face, the ideal candidate is a change agent with experience leading or advising on transformation of tax business processes. This could be in the form of a tax-related digital solution implementation, re-engineering of tax-related business processes, or adaptation to changing regulations. The ideal candidate is a respected thought leader with the desire to apply this experience and knowledge to help other organizations through transformation.
